- Well, I can't say anything about questions 2-5 but...
-
- Amos used to lick himself bald in a few spots last year. I can't say
- I blame him, it was a tough move. We went from me and the two cats in
- a one bedroom apartment to me, two other people, my two cats and Spot,
- the kitten from hell, in a two bedroom apartment. Poor Amos licked
- all the hair off the inside of his thighs, and then proceded to remove
- the skin. The vet gave him some Panalog (ouchers, not the anti-sting
- kind) and told me to be extra nice to him (Amos, not the vet). I did,
- but he didn't really stop licking until the situation was
- rememdied--in other words when the other roomate and Spot moved out.
-
- I hope your kitty feels better. Perhaps an older kitty to be a friend
- instead of a 'full of piss and vinegar (as my grandmother used to
- say)' kitten. When I got Angelica she was 6 months old. Young enough
- to be cute yet still old enough to hold up against a spoiled rotten 1
- year old Amos.
-
- Good luck,
-
- Joan
-
- the proud grandma of Angelica's 3 beautiful kittens!
