- Add a drop or two of dish detergent to the water bowl. It totally destroys
- the surface tension and the ants sink and drown. We use a pair of nested
- glass pie plates : the cat food pie plate has enough of a lip on it that
- Strange can't play dunkies with her food or splash the water out.
-
- It doesn't stop her : she just takes it over to the water dish, but at
- least the water surface isn't a solid mass of floating kitty crunchies
- at the end of the day.
