- I don't know if you have a store called "The Nature Company"
- where you are, but they sell a product called "Sally's Choice".
- It is a wooden crate kit with potting soil and two kinds of
- seeds, Catnip and Cat grass. So far, I have only planted the
- Cat grass. It grows really fast and my kitten Ezmerelda loves it.
- She really likes to stick her nose down in the dirt and pull the
- strands of grass up, roots and all. There is enough seed for many
- crops, although I would recommend only reusing the dirt once, after
- that, there are too many roots and the grass doesn't grow properly.
- You might want to pick up an additional bag of potting soil.
- The crate is pine and the sides are shaped like a cat's head.
- This kit is ideal for those who live in an apartment or for cat's
- who live in a climate with snow. Not to mention, it's so simple,
- it's great for those of us who have non-green thumbs.
- I think the crate retails for about $12.95.
-
- Have fun,
-
- Tara
