- Try putting the bowl of catfood (bowl and all) into a larger bowl or pan
- of water. The bigger one has to be big enough to keep the ants from crossing
- (they *usually* can't walk on water), yet small enough to let the cat reach
- across to eat it. Also, ants leave chemical "trails" that the other ants
- can follow, so be sure to clean the floor really well. Otherwise, ants will
- continue to come, can't eat the cat food, and could get into other stuff.
