  22.  Try putting the bowl of catfood (bowl and all) into a larger bowl or pan
  23. of water.  The bigger one has to be big enough to keep the ants from crossing
  24. (they *usually* can't walk on water), yet small enough to let the cat reach
  25. across to eat it.   Also, ants leave chemical "trails" that the other ants 
  26. can follow, so be sure to clean the floor really well.  Otherwise, ants will
  27. continue to come, can't eat the cat food, and could get into other stuff.
