- my roommate and i had two cats when we decided to move apart. i took
- the female and she took the male. i think i missed bob more than abby
- did! she's definitely a loner kitty. amy (my ex-roommate) realized
- that bob was just miserable being alone, so she got a kitten from her
- mother's cat's litter. everything worked out great. bob is a multiple-
- cat cat.
-
- if your friend thinks another cat is in order, by all means, get
- another cat. it's not worth having a mopey cat, from what amy told
- me! ;) best to give in!
-
- the cats will most certainly need more attention if they notice the
- other is gone. but my cat was more concered about her new surroundings
- and the fact that that pesky bob-kitten was gone to be lonely! just
- like everything else about a cat, it's up to their individual
- personalities.
