- My mother has a friend that wanted me to ask ya'll about a
- quirk that his cats have. It seems that when he gives any
- of them (he owns about 8 cats) olives (green or black) the
- cats go crazy as if they had just inhaled catnip. When the
- cats think he has olives anywhere near, they won't stop
- pestering him until he gives them some. The olives have
- the same catnip-like effect on all of his cats. He wants
- to know if this is common and if there is something in the
- olives that is responsible for this behavior. I keep missing
- parts of the newsgroup, so if you could email me your responses,
- I'll be sure he gets them. My email address is alclark@aud.alcatel.com.
- Thanks. Amy
