- In the past 20 years, I've had 3 vets. Without exception, each warned me to
- *not* give "human" tuna to a cat - never ever!! They said it was far too
- rich, although the oil or water from the can the tuna is packed in would be
- okay. It sounds as if "human" tuna has affected Gracie psychologically,
- although you don't say whether this was a one time tuna dose or not. Kinda
- hard to believe that one dose of "human" tuna would affect her, but then who
- knows? Look at the various reactions people have to foods, prescription
- medications, etc. On the other hand, maybe the tuna has nothing whatsoever
- to do with her recent idiosyncracies. Might not be a bad idea to check with
- your vet - it may turn out she needs a feline psychiatrist : ).
