  13. My cockatiel attracted another 'tiel to our house.  I assume that this
  14. is a lost pet, as the bird is in terrific shape and seems used to the
  15. idea of being in a cage.  We are holding the bird in hopes of finding
  16. the owner.

  18. The bird is a cockatiel, found recently in Concord, California.
  19. If the owner can identify the bird, it will be gladly returned.
