- Steve, this is the wisdom that been given to me by a number of old timers
- in Boston Mensa. It wasn't experience from one event, it was experience
- from about a dozen events.
-
- One problem we've had is that on occassion, we've had a quasi-problem
- member scare away new members at this member's own event. NOBODY knows
- how to deal with this problem. Talking with the quasi-problem member
- did nothing, so we're stuck. One solution we've found is that by our own
- local newsletter offering something like 50 to 60 events a month, one bad
- member's impact is minimized.
