  17. Based on what I have heard, the mail order for Albany was pretty overwhelming.
  18. I have inferred that there were enough first-day mail-orders to fill the
  19. GDTS allotment of tickets and there is probably a lottery for the first-day,
  20. as well. I have heard of rejections being received. Ticketmaster on-sale
  21. date is Feb. 27.
