  27. Many citizens of the US are sending messages by phone and mail to the White
  28. House urging President Clinton to NOT lift the ban on gays and lesbians in the
  29. military.  It is essential that our voices in support of ending the 50 year ban
  30. are heard:

  32. IMMEDIATELY DO THE FOLLOWING:

  34. 1.  Telephone the White House at 202-456-1111 and tell them to lift the ban
  35. now.  If you get a busy signal,  keep trying.  It doesn't count unless you
  36. connect.

  49. essential you immediate call and write your Congressperson and Senator and let
  50. them know you oppose such legislation.  Senators are the most important right
  51. now - VISIT THEM IN PERSON IF POSSIBLE.
