  40. is encouragement to wait for the right time and that you don't have
  41. to give in to pressures to "do it".  She is ministering to the
  42. high-school crowd, hence the topic and delivery.  I think it also
  43. incorporates the idea of rape, since it deals with unconsenting
  44. advances.
