  26. At present on UK Channel 4 on saturday nights a programme billed as
  27. Ready Steady Go! is running.  In fact it is made up of assorted out of
  28. order and unlinked clips from  RSG, from Around the Beatles (grrrrr)
  29. and Dave Clarke (who?) films.

  31. If the excerpts themselves were not so basically good, I'd have
  32. destroyed my TV at least 5 times!  :-)

  36. (As for Royal Command Performance (a rare slip by saki there) she
  37. knows my address, and can come round and watch it any time - but I
  38. suspect that she'll have to wait until she comes over in 1999 - and
  39. readers other than saki can email me if they can work out WHY 1999 -
  40. and as far as I know it has no oblig beatles connection  :-)
