- accident report, fault is determined in a court of law.

- Get the accident report, get a copy of the CA VC, and evaluate the
- situation carefully (particularly the PHYSICAL evidence (damage to the
- cage)). If you weren't specifically violating a section of the code
- (or even if you were, but you weren't charged for it and it it does not
- so state in the report), and if you hit Mr. Excitable's cage on the
- side and not the rear or rear corner panel, see an attorney. At
- *least* see one for the "free half hour consultation" and evaluate the
- case.
