  13. Did the bike ever have a leaky fork tube?  It might be that the pads
  14. on it are contaminated or were not broken in correctly.

  16. It is true that you can notice quite a difference in the use of
  17. different compounds.  I could go into the theory of it, but it would
  18. take more time than I have, as I should be doing Discrete homework.
  19. Call one of the brake pad manufacturers, they will tell probably
  20. tell you what you want to know.
