- Well,
-
- 1) we used to skim the heads;
-
- 2) Put K&Ns on them and bigger main jets;
-
- 3) Put Marzocchis on them;
-
- 4) Put Oxford Handlebar fairings on them;
-
- 5) Cut the back half of the baffles off;
-
- 6) Put Spannies on them (Expansion pipes);
-
- 7) Put a switch to turn the brake lights off when running from the Peelers;
-
- 8) Stick a car-cassette-player in the now defunct air-box gap;
-
- 9) Put racing plugs in;
-
- 10) Run them on Castrol 7R;
-
- 11) Keep them regularly de-coked;
-
- 12) Polish the piston tops;
-
- 13) Widen the exhaust ports;
-
- 14) Put low bars on them;
-
- 15) Put racing front tyres on them, Michelin usually;
-
- 16) Convert them to electronic-ignition;
-
- 17) Stick RD400 engines in them;
-
- 18) Put fibre-glass sporty front mudguards on them;
-
- 19) Accident damage the bar-lever ends; This is compulsory for the RD image.
-
- 20) Put thicker fork-oil in;
-
- 21) Paint the fork-legs black;
-
- 22) Race everything in site and get banned a few times.
