- Just to plug one of the few non-moto, non-computer magazines I read monthly,
- I find that CAR&DRIVER is a good source of general information of this
- ilk.
-
- Not that they don't have their own agenda, but they frequently
- summarize studies on both sides of the "speed" and "safety" fences.
- They also have articles on just about anything that involves motion. In
- the past they had articles on stuff like an aircraft carrier, nuclear
- attack submarine, wheelchairs, 18th century sedan chairs, deep sea
- research subs, giant dump trunks, diesel-electric locomotives, and yes,
- even motorcycles. Their short blurb on the ZX-11 basically said "If you
- thought your car was quick... and does it cost under $10K?" As well as
- the usual stuff on radar dectectors, deer whistles, and Lotus Europas.
-
- Hey, so I read a car mag. As Crow T. Robot would say: Bite me, it's fun!
