  33. No, but i suggest you look at the average cost per claim, and see if that 
  34. has gone up or not.

  36. In addition, just because the total number of accidents has decreased, it 
  37. does not mean that the average number of accidents per rider has 
  38. decreased, only that there are less riders (and less insurance premiums 
  39. to cover the cost).

  41. You may find that although you have less riders, that they are having the 
  42. same number or more accidents, and /or the accidents they are having are 
  43. getting increasingly more costly, due at least in part to the conditions 
  44. you mentioned.
