- Uh, that's irrelevant. The Houston Chronicle mailed out 300
- first-class letters to known recipents (ie: they could phone them and
- ask them if they'd gotten the letter yet) around the state of Texas.
- Only about 280 of them ever made it there. Only ~200 made it there
- within 7 days.

- I've personally seen it take 4 weekdays for a letter to leave my
- employer (the University of Houston) and get to my (then) home in the
- montrose area of Houston, a total distance of around 8 miles.
