  32. Oh and by the way, the other 9% of letters get delivered the next day.  The
  33. number of lost letters is extremely small.  Someone sent a postcard recently
  34. with no destination address and no return address.  The Royal Mail took this
  35. as a challenge, especially as the postcard had written on it something about
  36. how bad they were (which they aren't).  They tracked the sender down, obtained
  37. the address and delivered it, all within a couple of days.  Not too bad, eh?
