- Oh and by the way, the other 9% of letters get delivered the next day. The
- number of lost letters is extremely small. Someone sent a postcard recently
- with no destination address and no return address. The Royal Mail took this
- as a challenge, especially as the postcard had written on it something about
- how bad they were (which they aren't). They tracked the sender down, obtained
- the address and delivered it, all within a couple of days. Not too bad, eh?
