  15. I am trying to decide whether to purchase a 1983 Yamaha Maxim 1100 with 18500 
  16. miles on it for $1600 or a 1983 Honda Nighthawk (12000 miles for $1400).  Both 
  17. bikes are in great condition though the Honda is somewhat cleaner. Also, the 
  18. Maxim is from a dealer and the Honda is from a private owner, neither are 
  19. willing to negotiate price.  I would appreciate any advice concerning either 
  20. bike, including their flaws and attributes.
