  13. I think that the number 1 cylinder problem when the engine is cold
  14. sounds like a carb problem.  The engine cutting out could be a bad valve
  15. or carburation as well.  If I could drive the bike I could be pretty
  16. sure which it is, but since I can not and you already have the engine
  17. out you should probably take the carbs somewhere where they have
  18. swirl tanks and have them cleaned.  I would also check the valve seats
  19. as well as valve adjustment and cam timming.
