  32. Sorta sounds like what happened in California a couple of years
  33. ago when they had some strict water usage for residents enforced.
  34. Well the residents had reduced their water consumption to the
  35. regulations.  However this meant the water company was losing
  36. money, so they upped the rates.

  38. Has anyone else seen/read about some insurance companies denying
  39. people coverage because of their genetic inheritance?  I caught
  40. just a mention of it on CNN but did not see the segment.
