  22. I lived 20 miles away from the Blue Ridge for 5 years.  I never saw any
  23. scenery! :^) However, the drop from the Parkway down into Buena Vista was
  24. very nice.

  26. I don't know if they still hold it, but the local AMA chapter used to hold a
  27. meet at Buena Vista every summer. It was always Great! The whole town of
  28. Buena Vista opened up for us and the cops left us alone (incredible!). So its
  29. was pretty easy to travel from Roanoke up to... (forgot - Nothern Va.) at a
  30. minimum of 70-75.
