- I lived 20 miles away from the Blue Ridge for 5 years. I never saw any
- scenery! :^) However, the drop from the Parkway down into Buena Vista was
- very nice.

- I don't know if they still hold it, but the local AMA chapter used to hold a
- meet at Buena Vista every summer. It was always Great! The whole town of
- Buena Vista opened up for us and the cops left us alone (incredible!). So its
- was pretty easy to travel from Roanoke up to... (forgot - Nothern Va.) at a
- minimum of 70-75.
