  24. Sod the handlebars, just make sure the forks are parallel. If not,
  25. then loosen the yokes, straighten them up, and retighten. If in the
  26. unlikely event that an individual fork isn't straight, then start
  27. crying, and saving up.

  29. Don't forget to check the wheel is still round, and it's not got
  30. cracks in the rim or spokes (especially if it's alloy).
