  16. As everyone is by now acutely aware, I am soliciting checks for the DoD
  17. Watches, to be ordered Friday, 29 January (new date, previously the 28th).
  18. When I trolled for interest, I got it to the tune of 78 Watches.  Since
  19. calling for actual bucks, I've received only 36 Watches worth of funds;
  20. moreover, half of these are from people who did not respond to the original
  21. "Are you interested?" articles.

  23. The $25 US price is based on a minimum of 50 Watches ordered; a lower quantity
  24. translates to a higher price.  Please send either a check or email telling me
  25. you're no longer interested, those of you who said you were before (I'll not
  26. post your names -- I have some standards, even if I associate with this crowd).
  27. Those of you who are now newly-interested, send a *huge* check.  The address,
  28. which I just remembered to include (this time :-) is:
