- For a cheap solution, check your local surplus store. In particular,
- look at parachute bags (really portfolios designed to be carried by
- parachutists). The large flap usually only attaches at one point,
- but a bit of Velcro on either side will keep the flap from blowing
- in the wind.

- As for the problem with a single-strap bag sliding down beside you
- when riding leaned over, just attach a "safety strap" of some sort
- to the flap closure and hook the other end to your belt loop on
- the opposite side from the natural lean of the bag. Then it ain't
- going anywhere, yet is easy to get on and off.
