  31. In Norway we have *astronomical* registration fees/vehicle taxes (200%)/
  32. insurance premiums especially on motos.  There is ONE exception though..   
  33. Vehicles older than 30 yrs are excempt from ALL (I mean it!) taxes.  Even 
  34. the insurance is cheap.  I pay 300 NOK (about $50) to have my Triumph 
  35. insured a full year, no mileage limitations..  This does not cover expences 
  36. to have it repaired in case of a crash, but does include theft/invalidity/
