  10. I recently (~6 mo.) saw an ad/new product announcement in
  11. one of the popular Moto rags for a small topcase (trunk)
  12. that was supposed to have a locking system to attatch it to
  13. any "standard" luggage rack with tubular bars. Being
  14. interested in the concept, I promptly forgot to cut out and
  15. save the ad. Any pointers? Anyone heard of such a thing?
