- Hi!
- I was just wondering...would it be okay to use an overcoat of acrylic clear
- varnish (Tamiya) over a coloured (gold) enamel (Humbrol) and then put a coat
- of Lacquer varnish (also Humbrol) over the acrylic? I intend that the acrylic
- varnish act as a barrier to prevent the lacquer from attacking the airbrushed
- paint underneath.
- Would this work? I don't have much experience with lacquers and wonder
- what is the best method of using them.
- Also, are lacquer paints/varnishes suitable for objects which will be
- handled a lot? I say this with the model in mind (a badge).
-
- Thanks for any help...
