  13.  Having just gotten the latest issue of High Power Rocketry
  14. and The Tripoli Report and having been a member for Tripoli
  15. for a year and a half now, I note a particular deficiency with
  16. Tripoli pubs or maybe its just Tripoli itself.
  17. Where are the high power rockets meets?
  18. The only ones listed explicitly in the Report are a Danville
  19. notice , a Kloudbusters notice and LDRS XII.
  20. At least my NAR membership gives me a magazine that list
  21. launches scheduled, or at least it used to.
  22. Now I know that many high power launches are almost 
  23. 'spur of the moment', around Texas there have been launches
  24. in Dallas and San Antonio for which I got almost last second
  25. notice.
  26. Now I don't mind that, but sure wish somebody would plan ahead.
  27. It sure would be nice if there was a fixed set of regional meets
  28. that could be publicized in HPR. 
  29. In fact it seems like almost all meet reports in HPR are after
  30. the fact. Looks as if someone doesn't buy an ad in HPR you would
  31. never know. Be nice if they had a column devoted to upcoming launches.
  32. I think their publishing schedule is often enough. (In fact I wouldn't
  33. get mad if I missed one by several weeks but by months and years! well
  34. alas!)
  35. Yeah, yeah I know its a bunch of wild and crazy guys ( quite their charm
  36. really!) but a few spots of organization on launches would be nice.

  38. One last thing, was disappointed the Jan-Feb issue of HPR did not list
  39. the tracking results from LDRS 11 (just for selfish reasons my part.)
