  11. Some months back, I had posted that the file julbpp.zip on the r.m.r
  12. archive site (sunsite.unc.edu) appeared to be bad (it won't
  13. unzip).  Someone, I don't remember who, was going to upload a
  14. good version.  I looked today and it seems that the old file is still
  15. there.  Does anyone know where, or if, a good copy is available?
