  22. I just got a mailing from AMA this date.

  24. It contained a sample letter that I used in writing mine.
  25. I could post my letter I guess as a body to use.  It is
  26. of course personalized.  I'm assuming all AMA members will 
  27. receive what I got today.

  29. As far as your congress-persons the letter says to call the
  30. capitol switchboard and ask for the names and addresses.
