- For parting wax, try carnuba paste wax. Three very thin coats are required
- on a new mold. Also use polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) release film, which
- can be sprayed or sponged on, to provide a smooth glassy film. PVA should
- be applied over the parting wax. It is water soluble for easy release.
-
- There are also spray release agents available.
-
- Check with Fibre Glast Corporation, phone number 1-800-821-3283, for a
- catalog with further information.
