- This is just a quick idea; I've never used this one on anything but scenery,
- but what about borrowing from the "bonded ballast" idea? If you were to thin
- down some white glue, then spray? eye-drop? it onto the equipment, then
- lightly sprinkle real dirt, let dry, maybe enough would adhere to fit your
- purposes. Of course, this method might well be too crude, but I have to put
- in the disclaimer that it's just off the top of my head!
