  18. The CIA shooting example may not apply in this case.  Nobody knows
  19. for sure yet, but there is mounting evidence that this was a 
  20. professional hit-- probably with a single target and a few other
  21. random shootings to obscure the motive.  It seems the shooter had
  22. (or might have had-- everyone is being very tight lipped about this)
