- For weak fingers/grips I do pushups on my fingers. It also is harder
- on the arms/shoulders/chest to do these pushups as compared to regular
- pushups. Mainly because of the difficulty of the down position.

- I've experimented with a lot of home exercises to help a separated
- shoulder. The best exercise I've found is tossing a tennis ball against
- a wall. It might sound like double-talk, yet this exercise works !
