  23.     Well, yes and no.  Technically, it is the prosecution that must prove
  24.     that you did NOT have good reason to feel threatened.  In the real
  25.     world however, this is sometines not the case.  It is supposed to
  26.     be innocent until proven guilty, but in this age of the war on drugs
  27.     and the new world order, this is becomming less and less so.
