- yes. it can also be an acceptable reason for killing someone,

- Well, yes and no. Technically, it is the prosecution that must prove
- that you did NOT have good reason to feel threatened. In the real
- world however, this is sometines not the case. It is supposed to
- be innocent until proven guilty, but in this age of the war on drugs
- and the new world order, this is becomming less and less so.
