- Once I was casually observing some sparring by two members of the boxing team
- (I was waiting for T'ai Chi hours to start). All of a sudden, one of the
- guys is on the mat doing pushups. I was confused. I asked one of the coaches
- what was the deal. Coach said, "he turned his back to his opponent; better
- he does pushups now than get hit in the back of the head later."
