  23. Sorry, I got my facts wrong. My point was that, while I'm not a
  24. lawyer, I think that feeling threatened is a legally acceptable
  25. reason to rough someone up. (But, as Mr Goetz did, you have to
  26. prove that you had reason to feel threatened)
