- This is legal, it was a push, no? Also this depends on
- the relative positioning of both when contact was made to the butt.
- If it was as I tried to illustrate in my last post about tkd sparring,
- that's fair game. To me, butt != back. If one kicked the butt, they
- either messed up and kicked too low or they're doing a cut kick on a
- turning kick.

- This is illegal, bringing up the leg to put between you and
- incoming kick is good. From your description, it would be fairly
- simple to "accidently" get some knee action into that block
