  14. I know sinawali as a particular technique in arnis.  It means "weave" and 
  15. consists of moving the sticks in a crossing figure eight pattern.

  17. I'm by no means an expert but since I've always believed "sinawali" to have
  18. been a filipino word I'd like to know if anybody else has heard it used in
  19. the context of another MA form.
