- This is general. A top tennis server can get the ball from racket to back
- net in less than the time the opponent can see, process and reactto the
- ball (<.2 sec). So the return must be made by reading the body language and
- movenment pre strike. The extension to martial arts is obvious. A spark is
- unstoppable. The fastest spark i have herd of is .04 sec - QED.

- As an aside, I remember someone who did Kyokushinkai showing me a Lee video.
- Lee sparked in 3 frames (.12 sec at 25 frames per second). You cant stop these.
