- If you konow how to use it, the ground is your freind, but only against
- one opponent (armed or unarmed). I posted to this effect a couple of weeks back
- but had to go away for a copuple of weeks, so I missed the abuse.

- If you dont know the training hstory of your opponent, go to ground. chances are
- he'll not have much idea how to get to you. The big disadvantage is that you
- have removed your option of running away (Venerable art of Ni-Ke).
