- Well, what do you mean by "real"? Chi is, essentially, about how
- your mind and body interact. It can easily be "all in your mind"
- and still be very real. As a physical concept, I don't think
- it is real (there is no measurable energy, in the physical sense
- associated with it, for example.) However, I've found from experience
- that as a psychological concept, it is very real.
