- I remember reading in a MA magazine a few years back when Chuck Norris made
- 'Lone Wolf McQuad' that Chuck was impressed with the movements of Mr.
- Carridine. He said his used a praying mantis style. BUT Chuck was not
- all that happy with Mr. Carridine because in the final fight scene
- Mr. Carridine refused to get beaten by Chuck's character. He did not want
- his followers from the Kung Fu series to see him lose. So they had to end it
- the way they did in the movie. Chuck didn't understand this because as he
- quoted he lost to Bruce Lee in a movie and he did not lose any followers
- or respect...its only a movie...people are not that stupid. But at the time
- Mr. Carridine was still more well known to many movie people and audiences
- then Chuck was.
