  19. I just measures my jo and it is only 50"=4.2 feet. I think (if I remember
  20. correctly) that the idea was that it should be a bit longer than the
  21. katana which it was designed to be used against and since a bokto (bokken)
  22. is about 40" that fits. (I havent got a katana to compare with)
