  17. Nope.  Not only in Montreal.  There are a couple signs around my house (the 
  18. first one I noticed is at Pontiac Trail and Orchard Lake Road in West 
  19. Bloomfield, Michigan for the two people world-wide who care) that say "Proceed
  20. on green signal only".
