- Sigh! I'm CORRECTING facts to rec.humor (someone HELP me!!! :D )-- actually,
- if a traffic light is broken, it flashes YELLOW for main traffic and RED
- for minor traffic. If its more seriously broken, it flashes RED all around,
- and if its REALLY seriously broken, it just sits there, dark.
