  25. Sigh! I'm CORRECTING facts to rec.humor (someone HELP me!!! :D )-- actually,
  26. if a traffic light is broken, it flashes YELLOW for main traffic and RED
  27. for minor traffic.  If its more seriously broken, it flashes RED all around,
  28. and if its REALLY seriously broken, it just sits there, dark.
