  14. Does anyone have any idea if there is a newsgroup on riddles. Not brain
  15. basher's. The type you use when your bored at work. The type that makes 
  16. you want to kill the guy for making you look soooo stooopid. e.g.

  18. Q. This guy lives on the 23rd floor of a flat and takes the lift to the ground 
  19.    floor and drives to work. When he returns he takes the lift to the 12th 
  20.    floor and walks the rest of the stairs to his flat. Why?
